Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund in case of a return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
